PORAM

Introduction

The PORAM contracts are recognised worldwide as trading rules/standards for the trade of palm oil/palm kernel oils including their derivatives. Some of these contracts have been issued jointly with other organisations, namely Malaysian Palm Oil Association (MPOA), Malayan Edible Oil Manufacturers Association (MEOMA) and the Federation of Oils, Seeds and Fats Association (FOSFA International).

These contracts are updated and amended from time to time to reflect the changing practices in the trade.
