PORAM published this book to familiarize members of the public with the type of trade disputes and defaults that have been arbitrated through arbitration under the auspicious of PORAM, our Rules of Arbitration and Appeal have been amended to enable us to publish edited versions of the awards and appeals. This is the first in the series of arbitration awards that we will be publishing. All the names and parties involved in these arbitration cases are not disclosed.
